The demo map on the home page draws real streets of downtown Miami and Brickell from OpenStreetMap, © OpenStreetMap contributors, under the Open Database License (ODbL), fetched on October 26, 2026. The vans, the names and the events on it are made up.
The photograph on the about page is "Delivery truck at sunrise" by Andrew Kambel, released under CC0 on Wikimedia Commons; we blurred the store and company names on the truck. The engine-code descriptions in the demo panel (P0420, P0128) are standard OBD-II generic codes.
Fonts: Big Shoulders, Schibsted Grotesk and Martian Mono from Google Fonts, under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. All three are self-hosted; their license files are in /fonts/.
The logo, the route F with the amber dot, is Fleet Monitor's own, designed in October 2026.
The calculator's IRS standard mileage rate is from irs.gov (IR-2026-29, read October 30, 2026). The fuel price default is the EIA's US average for the week of October 26, 2026. Florida Statute 934.425 and New York Civil Rights Law 52-c were read on the state legislatures' sites. None of it is advice.
