Priced for your fleet, in writing
The price depends on how many vehicles you run, which tracker each one needs and how you want to pay. Tell us about your fleet and you get a written quote, with a list of what the dashboard does on your start date. Anywhere in the US.
From first message to a working map
- Tell us about your fleet
The quote form asks how many vehicles, what they are, what you want to track and whether drivers take them home. Five minutes.
- A 15-minute call
What you want to know and which vehicles need a hardwired unit. If we're the wrong fit, for example you need an ELD, we say so.
- Written quote
Trackers by vehicle, the monthly service, both ways to pay side by side, and what's live on your start date. It holds for 30 days.
- Pilot on a few vehicles
Trackers ship set up. You plug them in and we set up the account with you on a video call. We agree in writing what the pilot should show and check it together after about 30 days.
- The rest of the fleet
The remaining trackers ship labeled with the vehicle each one is for. We add zones, alerts and users with you.
- Support
Vehicle changes, alert tuning and questions by phone, text or email on weekdays. Included in the monthly service.
Two ways to pay
Your quote prices both for the same vehicles, so you can compare them.
Trackers once, service monthly
- Each tracker is a one-time charge and yours from delivery
- The service is billed per vehicle per month
- No contract; cancel any month
- A tracker moves to the next vehicle when you replace one
One monthly fee per vehicle
- Covers the tracker and the service, with nothing up front for hardware
- A failed tracker is replaced for as long as you subscribe
- A minimum term, stated in your quote
- At the end, renew or send the trackers back in the box we provide
Both include cellular data, the dashboard and phone app for all your users, alerts, monthly reports, account setup and training by video call, and support by phone, text and email.
What moves the price
Number of vehicles
The monthly price per vehicle goes down as the fleet gets bigger.
Plug-in or hardwired
Cars, vans and pickups take the plug-in unit. Heavy trucks and equipment without a usable port need a hardwired one, fitted by your mechanic.
How you pay
Buying the trackers costs more on day one and less each month. All-in costs nothing up front for hardware and a little more each month.
How paying works
Nothing is charged until your trackers ship. The pilot trackers are invoiced when they ship, and if you go ahead with the rest of the fleet, the pilot is credited against it.
Buying: trackers are invoiced when they ship, and the service is billed monthly from the month the first tracker reports. All-in: the first month is due when the trackers ship, then monthly. Shipping within the US is included. Sales tax is added where it applies. See the terms.
The dashboard is in a pilot. Your quote lists what it does on your start date and what is planned. We don't promise dates for planned features.
Quoted separately
- Help on site with setup or fitting hardwired units (or your own mechanic does it with our notes)
- Fleets of more than 30 vehicles
- Extra training after the first months
- Extension cables where the port sits by the driver's knee
Which tracker fits?
Three questions. The answer is a starting point for the call.
